Partnership is not something you select yourself. After our intro call, I decide whether to offer it based on my evaluation of fit. If invited, you get the full Companion journey plus sustained accountability: 12 weekly 1:1 sessions for three months, then 21 monthly 15-minute check-ins. You pay a €250 entry fee to begin, then a success fee of 60% of one month’s gross salary with your second salary after you start the new role.
