Partnership is not something you select yourself. After our intro call, I decide whether to offer it based on my evaluation of fit. If invited, you get the Group Companion intensive phase (weekly 90-minute sessions, max 12 people) plus ongoing monthly check-ins for nearly two years. You pay a €250 entry fee to begin, then a success fee of 40% of one month’s gross salary with your second salary after you start the new role.
